Your order number is essential for tracking the progress of your parcel or for any enquiries to our customer service department. It usually consists of a series of numbers.
You can easily find it in two different places:
1. In your order confirmation email
As soon as your payment is validated, we will automatically send you a confirmation email.
Where to look: The number is indicated at the top of the email, often in bold.
Tip: If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder. You can also search for the keyword ‘Confirmation’ or ‘Recommerce’ in your email search bar.
2. On your purchase invoice
Once your order has been processed, you will receive your invoice by email (usually as a PDF attachment).
Where to look? The order number is always shown at the top of the document, in the box containing the transaction details (date, tracking number, etc.).
